On April 22, AKB48's Uchida Mayumi announced through her Google+ account that she would be opening a yakiniku restaurant.
The restaurant will be named ‘Yakiniku IWA’, and it will have its grand opening in Shinjuku on the 29th. Uchida commented, “I’ve been thinking about owning my own restaurant from way back. As a matter of fact, I’ve been getting ready for it since last year." She added, "From now on, I will do my best to manage both my activities as AKB48 and as a restaurant owner. Everyone, please continue to support me."
Uchida passed the ‘AKB48 Second Knekyuusei (5th Generation) Audition’ back in 2007 and was promoted to an official member in March of 2010. Her parents manage a yakiniku restaurant in Hachiouji.

The husband and wife visited the temporary group memorial altar which was held at the Olympic memorial hall in Danwongu, Ansan in Gyeonggido on the 23rd starting at 9 AM KST. Members of the public sent incense burners, candlesticks, white flower wreaths, and more for the memorial.
The bereaved families requested for an official memorial service with a memorial stone to be erected in Hwarang Park, Ansan where it’s spacious enough for all of the families to come together on the 29th.

His agency revealed on April 23, “San E personally called the Korean Shared Welfare Society and revealed his intentions to donate. He donated 10 million won (~ $10,000 USD), which will be used to console the families of those who lost their lives in the passenger ship disaster.”
